Payment terms are specified in your signed agreement. Typical terms are Net 30 on approved credit. Large or custom projects may require a deposit before work begins.
4. Warranties
Arcomm warrants installation workmanship for a period defined in your contract. Manufacturer equipment warranties vary by product and are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services such as internet or alarm monitoring providers.
5. Liability
Arcomm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value paid for the specific service at issue. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective workmanship.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
